Hollywood Reporter: Online Video Content Creator Alloy’s Digital Unit Acquires Generate

The partners said the deal, announced by Alloy Inc. CEO Matt Diamond and Generate CEO Jordan Levin, creates “the first of its kind, multi-platform, next generation media company.”
