A veteran marketing and advertising executive, Matt Winslow oversees Generate's strategic partnerships for which he creates integrated brand programs for the company's multiplatform content. For the past decade, Winslow has worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop award-winning marketing and brand strategies across a variety of categories including entertainment, gaming, consumer electronics, food service and packaged goods. Throughout his career, Winslow has championed the development of strategies that extend brand presence to emerging platforms.
Winslow joins Generate from Ignited Minds were he served as Vice President of Business Development and was integral in developing relationships with Nike, Jose Cuervo, Cadbury Schweppes, Motorola, NBC Universal, 20th Century Fox, THQ, Levi Strauss, Sony Electronics, and Turner Broadcast Station (TBS) among numerous other nationally and internationally respected companies. Responsible for year over year growth that transformed the company into a highly regarded international brand communications agency, he also helped develop numerous specialized divisions including Ignited Minds Interactive. During his tenure at Ignited Minds, the agency received the prestigious Yahoo! Big Idea Chair Award and Seven Belding Bowls at the 41st Annual Belding Awards for the creation of a series of short interactive films for the LA Weekly. He also oversaw the team responsible for creating an online television series for Sony PlayStation which gave millions of gaming fans a daily backstage pass to E3, the largest and most anticipated gaming convention in the country.
Prior to Ignited Minds, Winslow was director of business development at The Ballpark, a respected sports advertising agency were he developed relationships with widely recognized brands in the sports and entertainment industry including ESPN, Sports iN Demand, The Sacramento Kings and Turner Sports. Winslow also worked as a marketing and development consultant with 20th Century Fox. He worked closely with production, creative development and marketing teams to help launch numerous successful commercial and independent films including Woman on Top, Quills, Sexy Beast, Kingdom Come and Boys Don't Cry.
He began his career as a senior account executive at Eric Mower & Associates.
