Peggy Mansfield >Senior Vice President, Integrated Sales
An experienced entertainment sales and marketing executive across both digital and print, Peggy Mansfield is Generate's Senior Vice President, Integrated Sales.
Based in New York, Mansfield initiates marketing partnerships, solicits sponsorships and negotiates deals related to Generate's development projects, online, television and mobile productions, and live events.
With extensive experience working with brands, agencies and media companies Mansfield joined Generate from Entertainment Weekly where she was Associate Publisher, overseeing all aspects of sales development, marketing, promotions, research and creative services for their print and online properties. She also managed the brand's event division which included high-profile events at the Sundance Film Festival, Independent Spirit Awards, Grammys, Oscars and Emmys. Peggy grew the events department into a revenue generating division by integrating a variety of brands such as Revlon, LG, L'Oreal, and DirecTV into full multi- media programs, and in 2007 was honored with “Best Integrated Marketing Program” by MIN, for Diet Coke's 25th Anniversary campaign.
Throughout her career, Peggy has developed cross-media marketing programs for established brands to further connect to their target audience. Preceding her four-year run at Entertainment Weekly, Mansfield served as publisher of In Touch Weekly, and has also held high-level advertising sales or management positions including General Manager of Teen People Magazine's teenpeople.com, where she launched their first digital efforts. Earlier, as SVP of Ad Sales at MTV Networks web sites (mtv.com, vh1, com, and nick.com) Peggy successfully produced year over year double digit revenue growth.
Beginning her career as an Advertising Sales Executive with The Walt Disney Company, Peggy then joined Nickelodeon as VP and Publisher of their magazine and web sites.
